4. Prices are in Pak Rupees Ex- Office, and subject to change.
5. For Products tobe Fabricated. Orders are confirmed with 50% advance, balance 50% is due one week before delivery. Delivery within 3/5 weeks.
6. Ex- stock items are delivered on full Payment.
7. Repair/Spares Facility for all our and Foreign Equipment available.
8. Proper use of Equipment is Buyers Duty. Higher shall not accept any Responsibility for Damage & Loss due to Misuse/Mishandling of Product.
9. Claim of Replacement/Repair due to defects /faults will be considered on receipt of that item. |
